I have a great deal of experience working with young people who are struggling with anxiety and low self esteem, as well as having worked through this myself in my teenage years, which has given me a deeper understanding of how this can feel for young people during those, often difficult, school years. I have also have experience helping people through issues such as self harm, eating disorders, general confidence issues, depression, OCD, friendship issues, all pregnancy related issues and issues related to self worth and social media. If there is a particular issue not listed that you’re interested in getting support for then get in touch as I will likely still be able to help personally, if not I will be able to refer you to someone who deals with that issue in particular.
For bookings or general counselling enquiries please email me: firstname.lastname@example.org or use the booking form below. I will get back to all emails within a 48 hour time frame.
